Providing an individualized lifestyle approach to healthcare, she believes that optimal nutrition is key across the lifespan to keep you feeling your best. Meghan specializes in compassionately providing nutrition therapy for medical needs, sports performance, and general healthy aging. In her free time, Meghan enjoys gardening, foraging, cooking + outdoor recreation.
Tarek Makled, ACE-CPT, is the founder of No Bull Personal Training in West Bloomfield, MI. With over 10 years of experience, he is driven to make a positive, lasting impact on the lives of his clients. His specialties include mobility training, strength training, and performance training for youth, college, and recreational athletes.
