Join Whole Golf with Dietitian Meghan Pendleton for a menopause-focused lunch-and-learn.

We will discuss nutrition and exercise to support symptoms and body changes that occur during and after the menopause transition. You’ll walk away with practical lifestyle tips, opportunities to talk with our Dietitian and Personal Trainer, and a new healthy recipe!

Private cooking classes provide in-depth, interactive and fun way to learn new cooking skills and nutrition knowledge that is tailored to you!

We host both 1-on-1 and group cooking classes virtually via video chat.
