Join us at Whole Golf with Dietitian Meghan Pendleton for a hands-on workshop building foundational sports nutrition skills. Your athlete will better understand how to fuel training, tournaments and recovery for next-level performance.

Private cooking classes provide in-depth, interactive and fun way to learn new cooking skills and nutrition knowledge that is tailored to you!

We host both 1-on-1 and group cooking classes virtually via video chat.

Some of the most common types of classes that clients book are for: wanting to learn how to meal plan and prep, incorporating more plant foods into their diet, basic cooking skills, Mediterranean Diet meals, etc.

Booking a cooking class begins with a free consultation. We will discuss what your food + nutrition goals for the class/event are and your budget so that your experience is tailored to you.
